I showed the video to a group of people and the overall effect from the video was that they felt happy. There wasn't any particular moments but the combination of clips created this. This was my intention so this made me feel like I did a good job.
One person responded that their should have been some sadness in the clips so the happiness created a narrative when contrasted against the sadness. I think this would have been a good idea however I wanted it to be more inline with my original concept and have only happy things in it.
Another person thought that the piece was good but it was 'irritating' because it was 'too happy'. She found the combination of the footage and the music being too happy. It's interesting to get other peoples opinions and to know that it had the opposite affect to what I intended.
If I did the video again I would start off with something that is not that happy and gradually create 'happiness' in the video.
The video of the documentation was unfortunately lost.
